Pike HAL pils
Pike HAL Pils is a limited-edition collaboration between Seattle's Pike Brewing and Holland America Line, created to mark the cruise line's 150th anniversary. This crisp Pilsner is brewed with Mosaic hops from Washington's Yakima Valley, yielding floral and light melon character alongside a vibrant aroma. The result is a pale golden beer with European refinement and Pacific Northwest personality.
On the palate, grassy hop notes and bready malt balance into a clean, slightly bitter finish with a hint of spice. At 5.5% ABV, HAL Pils delivers full flavour without heaviness. Pike Brewing, founded in 1989 by craft beer pioneers Charles and Rose Ann Finkel, brings classic Pilsner tradition into contemporary craft context.
