Oliba is an innovative olive beer from Catalonia, brewed in Bohemian Pilsner style with native olives from the Pyrenees. Ivan Caelles developed this unique beer by adding Empeltre olive extract during fermentation, resulting in a refreshing, lightly sweet profile with subtle olive character.

The beer combines barley and wheat malts with hops and natural ingredients. The aroma is clean and mild, with hints of citrus and grain. On the palate it presents soft and pleasant, with a delicate olive character that manifests gently without dominating. The finish is dry and refreshing.

Oliba won the SIAL Innovation Award 2022 for its originality and anticipation of market trends. This is the world's first olive beer.
