Paix Dieu is a Belgian Tripel from Brasserie Caulier in Péruwelz, brewed according to a distinctive ritual: only on full moon nights. This lunar-cycle brewing creates a unique character. The recipe originates from Paix Dieu Abbey, where monks developed the original formula.

The flavour unfolds gradually: pear and yeast lead, followed by spice and gentle bitterness. Wildflower honey and hints of banana provide warmth and depth. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth despite the 10% ABV, finishing clean and dry.
