Tessellation by Maalstroom is a New England IPA born from ambition. A single 2000-litre base beer was split into five distinct fruity variants, each showcasing the brewery's hop-forward philosophy. American and New Zealand hops lead the charge, supported by a substantial malt bill that anchors the beer.

Hazy golden in the glass, it opens with aromas of mango, gooseberry and orange. The palate delivers juicy tropical fruit and citrus from the hop blend, balanced by a clean malt sweetness underneath. Medium-high bitterness builds toward a dry, bittersweet finish that lingers without harshness.
