Simmer Down is a collaboration between Lowtide Brewing Co and Baron Brewing in Hertfordshire – an alcohol-free red IPA that proves low ABV need not compromise on flavour. Dressed in a deep red hue and brewed with a wide variety of hops including Centennial, Cascade and Citra, this beer delivers a full, juicy hop experience.

The nose reveals tropical character with hints of mango and passion fruit, layered with citrus notes. On the palate, complexity emerges through apple-like tones and a dry, crisp finish. Despite its minimal alcohol content, the beer carries genuine body and structure, with a pleasant hop bitterness that is present but never overpowering.
