Ch'ti Ambrée is an amber beer from Brasserie Castelain in Bénifontaine, northern France. This family-run brewery, founded in 1926 and owned by the Castelain family since 1966, brews this beer in the Bière de Garde style—a traditional French farmhouse tradition.
