Cuvée Francisca honours Francisca Vandersmissen, the founding mother of Lindemans Brewery, created to mark the brewery's 200th anniversary in 2022. This Oude Gueuze blends four-year-old lambics from three oak casks with 10% young lambic, fermented in oak and bottle-conditioned for a full year.

The nose reveals aged wood, citrus and green fruit with floral notes. On the palate, tart and dry flavours dominate, complemented by woody and fruity character. A layered, patiently aged gueuze showcasing the wild, spontaneous fermentation at the heart of lambic tradition.
