Alfa Lente Bok is a spring Maibock from Alfa Bierbrouwerij, an independent family brewery in Limburg with roots reaching back to 1870. This seasonal beer debuted in 1993 and returns each spring.

The beer displays a deep orange to bronze hue and is brewed with refined aroma hops and lightly caramelized malts. Fresh and gently bitter on the palate, it develops floral and fruity notes with a dry, assertive finish and a warming alcohol presence.

Alfa brews with pure spring water from its own source, barley malt, hops, and the brewery's proprietary Meens yeast strain. At 6.5% ABV, this limited-edition release pairs well with salads, poultry, and white fish.
