The beer draws its character from pristine spring water flowing from the Dolomites, creating a clean and refined foundation. Noble hops—particularly Spalt Select—are added cold to deliver floral notes without aggressive bitterness.

The beer appears pale golden with a compact, creamy head. On the nose, gentle grain and pronounced floral tones emerge from the cold-steeped hops.
