MAYA is an experimental blonde beer from Brewery Jessenhofke in Kuringen, Hasselt. This beer was born from a collaboration between the brewery and seitan producer Maya, also based in Hasselt. What sets MAYA apart is the use of starchy water from the seitan factory, lending an unexpected character to this blonde experiment.

The beer pours light and sparkling with a fruity, inviting aroma. On the palate, sweet malt meets a herbal bite and gentle sourness. High carbonation creates a lively, effervescent mouthfeel. MAYA embraces contrasts: sweetness and bitterness, fruit and spice, all woven together in an unconventional blend.
