Zangana Ecologica is a traditional mead from Hidromiel Zángana in Asturias, crafted from select honey and spring water using time-honoured fermentation methods. The mead continues to ferment in the bottle, developing its character over time.

This ecological expression emphasises natural ingredients without additives or preservatives. The producer was founded by three chemical engineers and classmates from Universidad de Oviedo, bringing scientific rigour to a craft rooted in tradition.
