Atrium Onyx is an Imperial Stout from Brasserie Atrium in Marche-en-Famenne, brewed with over 15 grain varieties and vanilla. This is a full-bodied, layered stout with pronounced roasted character and rich malt depth.

The nose reveals dark roast, dark chocolate and coffee, with subtle herbal and spicy notes beneath. On the palate, roasted malt and chocolate mingle with caramel sweetness and brown sugar, held in check by assertive bitterness. The finish is dry and lingering, with roasted tones that persist through the aftertaste.

The Amburana variant matures in Brazilian wood, adding warmth and vanilla complexity to the core recipe.
