Cassadura is an Imperial Stout from Brasserie Atrium, brewed in Marche-en-Famenne, Belgium. The name references cassonade, unrefined Belgian cane sugar, and marks a defining moment: the first beer that owners Valery and Paula brewed together when they met in Brazil.
