Wind-Up Bird is a New England IPA from Fuerst Wiacek, the Berlin brewery that brewed Germany's first commercially available Hazy IPA in 2016. At 6.8% ABV, this beer is dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Sabro and Mosaic, delivering a full, hazy profile rich in tropical fruit and coconut.

The palate opens with mango, apricot and stone fruit, complemented by soft malt notes of toffee and caramel. The finish is smooth and creamy, with a dry, bitter edge that defines the New England IPA style.

Fuerst Wiacek sources German base malts supplemented by British specialty varieties, giving this beer a refined foundation.
