La Petite Aixoise is a craft blonde ale from the Brasserie Artisanale La Petite Aixoise in Saint-Cannat, fifteen minutes from Aix-en-Provence. Since 2015, the brewery has followed traditional methods with extended fermentation times. This beer is 100% natural, with no additives or synthetic flavours.

Cloudy in appearance as befits organic brewing, it builds a solid head and good lacing. The palate is light and slightly bitter, with a refreshing character well-suited to summer drinking. This is a beer for those who appreciate subtle, approachable flavours rather than bold, high-strength styles.
