Spirit Animal is a Hazy IPA from Fuerst Wiacek, the Berlin-based brewery that brewed Germany's first commercially available hazy IPA back in 2016. This beer is dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7, delivering a full, aromatic experience.

The nose presents citrusy grapefruit and pomelo notes. On the palate, the beer arrives smooth with a juicy, fruity character—melon and peach notes join the grapefruit. The hop bitterness is intense yet well-balanced, with a subtle grassy undertone.

Mouthfeel is medium and soft with gentle carbonation. The finish is dry and lingering, dominated by hop bitterness. A highly rewarding beer that showcases the strength of American hop varieties.
