Polychrome
Polychrome is a New England IPA from Fuerst Wiacek, the Berlin brewery that brewed Germany's first commercially available hazy IPA in 2016. This beer showcases the hop-forward philosophy of Georg Fürst and Lukasz Wiacek, whose passion for craft beer began during weekend homebrewing sessions.
The flavour strikes a refined balance between light biscuity malt and juicy, tropical hop character with citrus and resinous notes. Bitterness is well-integrated, supported by fruity esters that never overwhelm. Moderate astringency adds texture without dominating the palate.
At 6.8% ABV, Polychrome delivers enough body without heaviness. The finish remains lightly bitter and clean, fitting Fuerst Wiacek's modern, refined brewing approach.
