Metz is a New England IPA from Fuerst Wiacek, the Berlin brewery born in 2016 from a weekend homebrewing passion shared by Georg Fürst and Lukasz Wiacek. This beer marries German-malted grains with British specialty malts and American hop expression.

The nose offers juicy citrus and tropical fruit, layered with subtle floral notes. On the palate, peach, melon and grapefruit emerge alongside delicate herbal character. Bitterness remains soft and woven into the whole, never sharp or assertive.

The mouthfeel is pleasantly crisp with fine carbonation. A refined, balanced IPA that brings American sensibility to European brewing craft.
