Abbaye D'aulne Ambree
Abbaye D'Aulne Ambrée is a traditional Belgian abbey beer from Gozée, distinguished by its warm amber colour and thick white head. This springtime beer merges the hoppy character of a blonde ale with the fuller, spicy notes of an amber style. Bottle-conditioned in abbey tradition, it develops layers of roasted malt, caramel and subtle dried fruit notes.
On the palate, it presents a well-balanced profile: mildly spiced with a pleasant mouthfeel and a gentle bitter finish. The beer reflects Abbaye d'Aulne's centuries-old brewing heritage, rebuilt in 1796 and still producing distinctive abbey beers that honour monastic brewing traditions.
