Alfa Ongefilterd Pils is a fresh, unfiltered and unpasteurised pilsner from Alfa Brewery in Schinnen, South Limburg. Served directly from the lagering tank, this kellerbier is traditionally available only on-site. Brewed following a family recipe passed down since 1870, it combines pure spring water from the brewery's own source, barley malt, carefully selected hops and Alfa's proprietary Meens yeast strain—the cornerstone of the brewery's character.

The unfiltered nature preserves natural fermentation character and aroma that filtered versions cannot match. At 5% ABV, it delivers a full, approachable pilsner experience rooted in South Limburgian brewing craft.
