Crow Mountain Eruption
Eruption is a DDH NEIPA from Crow Mountain Craft Brewery, a microbrewery housed in a converted 80-year-old barn in Essen, Belgium. This New England-style IPA features a double dry-hop charge with Citra, Hallertau Cascade, Barbe Rouge, Ariana, Hallertau Blanc and Styrian Kolibri hops.
The aroma presents bright citrus and tropical fruit character, wrapped in the distinctive haze of a NEIPA. On the palate, a full body and sweet malt foundation provide ballast for the hop expression. The finish is clean and dry, with lingering hop bitterness.
At 7.1% ABV, Eruption carries enough substance and warmth without becoming heavy. It showcases the brewery's commitment to bold, hop-forward craft beer.
