Rûchhouwer is a Frisian quadrupel brewed by Brouwerij Bûsdoek, founded in 2016 by five friends in Surhuisterveen. This amber-hued beer at 8.7% ABV is crafted with six different malts, three hop varieties and a blend of spices, creating a mature and layered character.
