Vandeoirsprong has been brewing since 2015 at the former De Kroon brewery site in Oirschot, Netherlands. The Zwickel is a distinctive unfiltered and unpasteurised bottom-fermented lager, brewed to a recipe from the De Kroon family dating back to 1978. This classic lagerbier undergoes extended maturation before bottling.

The name 'Zwickel' refers to the traditional brewer's practice of tasting directly from the lagering tank. This beer embodies four centuries of brewing heritage in Oirschot, carrying forward the knowledge and craft of generations.
