Scheveningen Bomschuit IPA
Bomschuit is an amber-hued IPA from Brouwerij Scheveningen, brewed since 1996 using water from the Scheveningen dunes. This unfiltered beer follows the traditional English IPA style, gaining character from extra dry-hopping with Simcoe and Citra hops that deliver subtle fruitiness and clear hop bitterness.
The beer appears hazy in the glass with a generous white head. The nose shows malt, yeast and biscuit, backed by gentle hop notes. The palate is sweet and malty with medium body, balanced by light to moderate bitterness. The finish is clean and dry.
