Oudaen Herfstbock
Oudaen Herfstbock is brewed in the cellars of Stadskasteel Oudaen, a medieval city castle dating back to 1296 in the heart of Utrecht. This autumn bock is full-bodied and crafted with honey and caramel malt, yet surprises with restrained sweetness. At 6.5% alcohol, it strikes a balance between rich malt character and a clean finish.
As a house brewery, Oudaen sells almost all its beer directly in its own taproom. This seasonal offering reflects the traditional brewing methods practised within the castle walls, where medieval heritage and craft brewing meet.
