Winter Lambiek from Oud Beersel is a pine bud–infused lambic crafted by one of Belgium's last authentic lambic blenderies. This distinctive beer marries the traditional sourness and complexity of lambic with the crisp, aromatic character of evergreen botanicals.

The nose reveals citrus, wood, and pine alongside subtle funky undertones. On the palate, sweet and sour balance gracefully, joined by notes of lemon tea, pine, oak, and citrus zest with light funk. At 7.2% ABV and medium body with moderate carbonation, it drinks fresh and layered, neither too sharp nor too soft.
