Nem toch! by Bourgondische Broeders is a Belgian blonde ale with an inventive approach. From a single base batch of 2000 litres, the brewery and Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo created five distinct fruity variations – an experimental project that showcases creative brewing.

This beer strikes an intriguing balance: a light tartness against subtle sweetness, with modest bitterness that stays in the background. The flavour is notably full and layered, with pronounced fruity character that drives the overall profile.

Pair with salads, poultry and white fish. Serve around 7°C.
