Remembrance is a strong blonde ale from Brouwerij Eutropius in Heule, brewed with hops from Poperinge, honey and rye malt. This top-fermented beer undergoes bottle conditioning and remains unfiltered, contributing to its full character. At 9% ABV, it develops a complex flavour profile where sweet honey and bread notes blend with citrus-forward hop bitterness.

The name honours the First World War (1914–1918), and the recipe was specifically developed in 2011 for local commemoration. This artisanal Belgian specialty combines traditional brewing craft with regionally rooted ingredients.
