Leite Cuvee Jeune'Homme
Cuvée Jeun'Homme from Brouwerij De Leite is a blonde sour ale that matures for four months in oak wine casks. The beer starts as a hop-forward blonde brewed with four hop varieties and dry hopped for subtle citrus bitterness. During its time in oak, it develops balanced acidity and deepens in character.
The result is a complex, dry sour with aromas of oak, wine and farmhouse character. On the palate, oak and wine notes emerge, supported by medium sourness. The finish is clean and dry, with a pleasant bitter edge that echoes the beer's hoppy origins.
