Cattus Snor Twisty Tripel is an unconventional tripel from Brouwerij Cattus in Grootebroek. This beer emerges from a distinctive brewing approach: a single base recipe of 2000 litres is developed into five different fruity variants. The result is a blonde, robust beer at 8.5% ABV that brings a modern perspective to Belgian tripel tradition.

In the glass, it presents sweet malt, apricot and grapefruit with a whisper of bubblegum. The taste is fruity and refined, finishing with grassy and piney notes rather than pure fruit. The body is medium, moderately crisp and carries a light alcoholic warmth. A beer that feels both familiar and pleasantly unpredictable.
