Bolschout Ster is a spiced bock beer from Brouwerij Bolschout in Almere, brewed by head brewer Sam De Bolle. This beer earned bronze at the World Beer Awards in London. The full-bodied character comes from caramelized malt, creating a rich and warming profile typical of the bock style.

The brewery's name originates from a friendship between two beer enthusiasts: one brewer who inspired his neighbour Henk Schoute to take up homebrewing. What began as a small 50-liter venture has grown into an established craft brewery since 2014, producing specialty beers primarily for local distribution.
