Since 2018, Brouwerij Bierverbond has focused exclusively on lagers, with Nieuw Amsterdams Pils demonstrating that straightforward pilsner can be something special. Brewed from pilsner malt with a touch of Munich dark, combined with German hop varieties Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Mittelfruh, this beer develops character through lager fermentation with W34/70 yeast and bottle conditioning.

Soft and inviting on the nose, with a full body and distinguished bitterness. Clear in appearance and flavour, with a lightly malty aroma that remains elegant. The finish reveals subtle fruitiness, while the beer closes fresh and refreshing with restrained hop bitterness.
