Mano Negra from Brouwerij Alvinne is a commanding Imperial Stout at 10% ABV from Moen, Belgium. Built on four malt varieties and roasted barley with Challenger, Target and Fuggle hops, this dark beer delivers roasted malt, coffee and chocolate character alongside dark fruit sweetness, with subtle notes of vanilla and licorice.

The aroma is bold and assertive, driven by roasting and malt depth. On the palate, a full body carries the roasted profile through to a gently bitter finish. Alvinne has also explored barrel aging variants of Mano Negra on different wood types, adding further complexity to an already multifaceted stout.
