Fool of a Took is an adventurous sour ale from Brouwerij Alvinne in Belgium. This is the sixth release in their 2022 Fellowship series, matured in a Moscatel Sebutal barrel. At 8% ABV, the beer balances wild fermentation with oak aging, where wine barrel character and stone fruit notes interweave with the beer's natural tartness.

The name draws from Tolkien's celebrated character, reflecting Alvinne's identity as storytellers. This is an unconventional beer that rewards patience and curiosity, built on an impulsive yet intentional brewing philosophy.
