IJbok from Brouwerij 't IJ is a robust bock that defies expectations with its pleasantly dry character. Despite its full body and dark appearance, this beer avoids excessive sweetness. Roasted grains and a hint of coffee dominate the nose, with rich dark fruit notes emerging in the palate.
