The 3 Monts Triple Grande Réserve from Brasserie de Saint-Sylvestre is a classic from northern France. This brewery, located in Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel between three hills, has brewed since at least 1600 and remains the sole surviving brewery in French Flanders.
