Marsinne Leopold 7
Leopold 7 is the flagship beer of Brasserie de Marsinne, a craft brewery established in 2013 by Nicolas Declercq and Tanguy van der Eecken on the impressive Marsinne estate in Liège. Brewed with three cereal types (two malts and wheat) and three hop varieties (two aromatic, one bitter), this amber-coloured ale achieves a refined balance of floral and citrus notes.
Leopold 7 delivers a crisp, sparkling character with medium body and a dry, lightly bitter finish. The brewing process emphasises harmony between malt and hops, resulting in a beer that is fruity yet balanced. It's a thoughtful expression of Belgian brewing tradition, rewarding those who appreciate a well-crafted, hop-forward ale.
