Macondo is a Colombian coffee stout from Bogotá Beer Company, a pioneer of craft beer in Colombia since 2002. This dark, almost black beer marries roasted malt with fresh Colombian coffee. The nose is dominated by coffee aroma with hints of chocolate and sweet notes. On the palate, black coffee and chocolate emerge, complemented by floral character and light hop bitterness. The finish is quick and clean. At 5.7% ABV, it's an approachable stout that puts Colombian coffee at the centre.

Macondo won the World's Best Stout & Porter award at the World Beer Awards in 2018, testament to the quality and originality of this beer.
