Island Drift is an Imperial IPA from Bereta Brewing Co, an independent Romanian brewery based in Giarmata that has become a pioneer in the country's craft beer revolution. Brewed with Sabro and Sabro CRYO hops, this heavily hopped double IPA delivers a rich flavour profile featuring pineapple, coconut and vanilla notes.
At 8.5% ABV, Island Drift balances assertive hop character with tropical fruit complexity. The New England IPA approach gives the beer its characteristic hazy appearance and full, smooth mouthfeel that carries the layered hop expression from nose to finish.
