Barfüßer Schwarze is a dark lager from the Barfüßer Hausbrauerei in Ulm, Germany. Brewed since 1990 according to the German Purity Law, this schwarzbier follows a distinctive house recipe using only water, malt, hops and yeast. The beer pours with a murky brown colour and a golden cream head.
