BRLO's St. Kilian Scotch Ale represents a bold collaboration between Berlin brewers and Scottish whisky tradition. This 10% ale is matured for four months in casks from the St. Kilian distillery—both Amarone and Bourbon barrels—creating a beer with layers of smoke, peat and warming alcohol.

Dark mahogany in colour with a substantial hazelnut-brown head, the beer opens with toasted grain and peat smoke. The palate delivers malty sweetness alongside whiskey-like warmth and subtle oak influence. The barrel maturation softens the spirit-like edges, allowing caramel and roasted character to emerge alongside lingering smoke.
