Hellion is a hazy Double IPA from Swedish craft brewery Apex Brewing Company, based in Örebro and known for handcrafted, hop-forward beers. At 8% ABV, this DIPA delivers a full, creamy mouthfeel built on a wheat and spelt-heavy malt foundation.

The aroma and flavour lean into stone fruit and mango with supporting floral and grassy hop character. Bitterness is present and clean, finishing dry without excessive harshness. A well-balanced expression of the New England hazy DIPA style.
