Brugge Tripel
Brugge Tripel carries the heritage of Bruges in a bottle. Originally brewed by Brouwerij De Gouden Boom in the city itself, production moved to Palm Breweries in Steenuffel in 2004. This is an authentic Belgian tripel with a golden hue and a full, sweet character.
The flavour reveals itself immediately: candi sugar and caramel from the malt, followed by spices and dark fruits. Fermentation with Palm yeast adds a characteristic fruitiness, while hop bitterness builds gradually. At 8.7% alcohol, the strength is well disguised—only a subtle warmth in the aftertaste.
Carbonation is crisp and lively, beautifully balancing the sweet malt backbone. This is a sipper that demands respect and rewards every sip.
