In 2019, Bitburger and Sierra Nevada collaborated to create this boundary-pushing India Pale Lager. The beer combines Bitburger's renowned 'Diva' house yeast strain—used outside the brewery for the first time—with their proprietary 'Siegelhopfen' blend and American varieties Cascade, Centennial and Chinook. The result is a balanced beer that merges German brewing precision with American hop character.

The aroma is distinctly grainy and floral with citrus notes. On the palate, sweetness and fruitiness are met with assertive hopping, supported by a firm malt backbone offering light caramel and breadiness. The finish is dry and crisp, with a mineral bitterness that lingers pleasantly. Medium carbonation keeps the beer lively and refreshing.
